Big Dog Coffee
I frequently visit this coffee shop when I have things on my to-do list and I want a peaceful yet diverse environment to get my productivity swinging. Last time I visited this shop, I was writing my MBA application essays and boy did I accomplish a great deal of writing. This time I visited Big Dog to get my ideas flowing on what to cook tonight for a full Vegan dinner and dessert combo. I ended up deciding on butternut squash cashew cream enchiladas and a French silk pie. I will post the results of my Vegan yummy creations (I hope!) on this blog tomorrow - be on the look out!
